CUP IT OFF

This weird exercise trains the diaphragmatic and abdominal muscles to expand and contract during the pause/rest of a song in order to facilitate a snatch breath to sustain/support a tone.
The shoulders and chest remain silent and calm while the mid section does the work.

How its done:
Fill 3/4 of a cup with water ,place it in a drinking stance but let some of the water touch, and if you can, block your nostrils. The survival instinct of a human will cause the abdomen to take responsibility for the smooth delivery of air in and out of the body,thus eliminating excessive motion in the cheat region while controlling the sound/breath of singing.
NOTE: Its just like using a UBA( under water breathing apparatus) to survive while deep diving.
