JOG 'N STOP

WEIRD EXERCISE 3

Some Singers feel singing starts and ends with the throat and head space ...NO!  the entire body works it. When I say this they say "Coachee you are so weird"

 *The full body exercise*
Jog fast on a spot with both hands spread to the sides (like kids flying and airplane)

After jogging for at least 15secs, stop and hold your breath, the pressure to take a breath will be much but control it.
When the impulse to inhale and expel breath becomes strong release with "sh" for 20secs

When breath is exhausted take deep air in(#deep breath) this helps your breath control.
